London, ON (September 8, 2022) – HRdownloads Inc., the company behind HRdrive, the most complete and connected HR solution in Canada, announced today that it has been named one of the 5-star HR Software and Technology providers for 2022 through the Canadian HR Reporter.
“We are so incredibly proud and honoured to receive this award,” says Tony Boyle, CEO and Creative Director of HRdownloads. “When I first started HRdownloads in 2005, we were focused on being a source of content and support for businesses and HR professionals. As we grew and the needs of businesses changed, we listened to our clients and realized that automation and streamlining HR tasks were vital to their overall operations. In 2020, we made it our mission to be the most complete and connected HR solution in Canada without sacrificing the content and support that our clients had come to trust. Investing millions of dollars and tons of passion from our in-house teams, we designed and built an HRIS with empathy and intention to seamlessly connect all of your HR resources to your people. With HRdrive, you can assign, track, and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between while also having access to a wealth of HR content for all industries and jurisdictions to save you time. Knowing that our clients recommended and named us as a 5-star HR Software and Technology provider makes every bump and hurdle on the road worth it. We are proud to support Canadian businesses and will continue to build engaging software that empowers employees and leaders to love what they do.”
HRdownloads isn’t new to receiving 5-star recognition from the Canadian HR Reporter. In 2021, they received three distinct awards for HR Consultants, Compensation, and Learning and Development. Each award is granted based on recommendations made by HR professionals coast to coast.
To select the best HR software and technology providers for 2022, the Canadian HR Reporter team conducted one-on-one interviews with HR professionals and surveyed thousands more within its network to gain a keen understanding of what professionals think about the current market offerings. Respondents were asked to rate their overall satisfaction with the HR technology providers they had dealt with across four categories: HRIS solutions, payroll solutions, reward and recognition, and recruitment software solutions. From there, technology providers were invited to nominate their own products, describing their benefits and explaining why they believed their solution was worthy of a Canadian HR Reporter 5-Star Award. At the end of the 15-week research period, 23 companies were named 5-Star Award winners. HRdownloads was one of seven companies recognized within the HRIS solutions category for HRdrive.
