Cartoon man running in front of text that exclaims RUN OUT FRIDAYS!

To Think Outside the Box, Run Outside the Office

Get involved with a great charity, and get your employees involved, too! Run Out Fridays are a novel way to unite corporate social responsibility and employee engagement. "We know what our employees appreciate, so we created something that would engage them. We work hard all week, and we recognize that anybody would want to run out on a beautiful Friday afternoon," says Anthony Boyle, President & CEO of HRdownloads, title sponsor for Rock The Road. "Run Out Fridays let us show our appreciation for that hard work while giving back to the community."

On three Friday afternoons leading to Rock The Road 10K event on June 7, HRdownloads and Rock The Road are promoting workplace wellness, raising funds, and giving employees an opportunity to leave work early.
