"In late 2008 the YMCA of Western Ontario signed on with HRdownloads with the basic service giving us access to policy documents, form letters, job descriptions and more. I used the service once or twice a month for the year and found the time it saved me in drafting such documents from scratch more than worth the modest annual fee.
In late 2009 I was quick to agree to renew the service and upon speaking further Leanne Tillaart, my contact at HRdownloads, she explained the full service which includes HR professional support and advice.
